Jeg har set forkert/været lidt for hurtig et par gange og budt alt for meget på en flaske og har efterfølgende skrevet til Kruger og bedt om at få mit maxbud sat ned til en mere realistisk pris..

Det har han gjort i begge tilfælde med en venlig henvisning om at være mere forsigtig i fremtiden.

Forstår ikke helt hvad du mener PWA?
Du er jo ikke bundet af max budet, kun hvis en anden byder det samme.
Man kan aldrig "byde" for meget hos Krüger, eks. hvis du byder 100 euro som max, og slut budet lyder på 75 euro, så erhverver du flasken eller hvad det nu er til 75 euro.

Så mener jeg også, at har man sat et max bud kan man senere ændre det til et lavere max bud.

Jeg tog fejl! har lige prøvet at sænke et max bud, kunne ikke lade sig gøre
Men flasken jeg prøvede det på har lige nu et bud på 43 euro, mit max bud er 100 euro, det jeg også villig til at betale, men bliver den stående på 43 euro er det da rigtig fint for mig.

Jeg havde fejlagtigt lavet et max bud på et beløb jeg bestemt ikke var villig til at betale. Derfor fik jeg det sænket.

Hvad er det for en flaske, Uldall ?

Cancellation rights
As consumer you have the right to cancel the purchase of a item bought at WhiskyAuction.Com within 14 days of receipt. For example, if you receive/pick up your item on Monday the 1st, you can cancel the purchase up to and including Monday the 15th. If the last day of the 14-day-period falls on a national holiday, Saturday, Christmas or New Year's Day you can wait until the next weekday. You must return the item to WhiskyAuction.Com. It is sufficient to have handed the item over to the post office or the transport company responsible for the delivery to WhiskyAuction.Com within this period. As proof that you have cancelled the purchase in time, we recommend that you save the receipt stating that you have given the item to the post office or a transport company with the express purpose of returning it.

When you use your cancellation rights, WhiskyAuction.Com will refund your money no later than 30 days after the item has been sent back to and received by WhiskyAuction.Com.

Conditions for cancelling the purchase

To cancel your purchase, please send an e-mail, letter or fax with your customer number and the item number, stating the reason for the cancellation as documentation. If you have exercised your cancellation rights in time, then the money for the purchase will be refunded to the credit card used to pay the item or the bank account number provided to us.

You must return the item to the WhiskyAuction.Com in essentially the same condition and amount as you received it. Cancellation rights do not apply to items which have been put into use, if it is obvious that due to the nature of the object, this use leads to a depreciation of the item's sales value.

You are responsible for all costs (postage/shipment) of returning the item to WhiskyAuction.Com. Any costs in connection with payment by credit or debit card over the internet will not be refunded. You can also cancel the purchase by not collecting the item or not picking it up at the post office.

Exceptions to cancellation rights

Cancellation rights do not apply to professional dealers.

Neither do cancellation rights apply to sellers, who bid on their own item, or individuals in the seller's household. The seller and individuals closely connected to the seller know the item thoroughly, and therefore do not need the protection cancellation rights offer genuine bidders.
