Så er der kommet en Springbank på 32 år.
Den er lageret i Refill Sherry Butts, destilleret i 1971, aftappet september 2004 på 46% Smagsnoter:

NOSE The presence of cinnamon, vanilla and coconut are the result of 32 years maturing in re-fill sherry casks. These wood extracts combine beautifully with subtle lavender, a hint of the sea and delicate fruits to give a very complex whisky.

PALATE Initially very oily, the taste soon mellows into rose petals and soft orchard fruits.


FINISH The velvet sweetness of the palate lingers on in the finish.
